The house of open failure
Where the sins are obvious and the shame is loud. The man who lives here knows he is far off. He replays the thing he said, the way he failed, the man he has not become, and the verdict always comes back the same.
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
Romans 8:1, ESVRomans 8:1 Ministries is built on one sentence. Teaching, worship, and books that help believers stop trying to get in, and start living from inside.
Press hard enough, in an honest hour, and most of us live at one of two addresses.
Where the sins are obvious and the shame is loud. The man who lives here knows he is far off. He replays the thing he said, the way he failed, the man he has not become, and the verdict always comes back the same.
A more respectable address. The lawn is mowed, the religion is tidy, and the exhaustion is hidden in the back rooms. The man who lives here is just as far off, and has decorated it.
Paul says it more than one hundred and sixty times. Not what you must do. Where you now are. In Christ. It is not a feeling, a goal, or a mood. It is a location. It is your real address.
Everything this ministry teaches follows the grammar of the New Testament itself. Three little prepositions carry the weight of the Christian life.
You were born in Adam. God moved you. The Spirit placed you into the second man, Jesus, and you now live inside Him, where every spiritual blessing is kept. You don’t work your way in. You wake up to where you already are.
Ephesians 1:3 · 1 Corinthians 15:22Crucified with Him. Buried with Him. Raised with Him. Seated with Him. These are not things Jesus did while you watched from the stands. Because you are in Him, they happened to you. His history became yours.
Galatians 2:20 · Ephesians 2:4-6Life flows from the vine into the branch, from the Head into the body, from His fullness into your empty hands. The man who has stopped trying to get in is the only man free to live from inside.
John 15:5 · John 1:16

Union with Christ, freedom from shame, and the end of condemnation
Two small words hold the whole of the Christian life: in Christ. Not near Him, not climbing toward Him, but placed inside Him by God Himself. From that one location everything follows. No condemnation. A new creation. Adopted, complete, hidden, and secure.
In Christ traces that union from beginning to end, from how you were placed into Him, through what He accomplished with you, to the life that now flows from Him. It's written for the believer who knows the gospel and still lives like an outsider, hungry for an acceptance that's already his.
You're not working your way toward Christ. In Him, you're already home. This is an invitation to live like it.
Not with your effort, but with your address. Not with what you owe, but with where you stand.
Most believers own all five and live as though they own none. Not one of them is earned. Each is true of you for one reason only: you are in Jesus, and what is His has become yours.
Not a mood. A legal verdict, pronounced from the highest bench, and for those in Christ Jesus it is gone. Not reduced. Not suspended pending good behavior. Gone, and gone now.
Romans 8:1, 33-34God did not renovate you. New in kind, not new in time. The same verb as the first morning of the world. You did not stop being a new creation because you had a bad week.
2 Corinthians 5:17The placing of someone as a son. Full standing, full rights, an heir. And the heart to go with it: the Spirit in you cries the same word Jesus prayed in Gethsemane. Abba.
Galatians 4:4-7The whole fullness of God dwells in Him, and you have been filled in Him. Drop a cup into the ocean and ask how full it is. You don’t seek Christ to become complete. You seek Him because, in Him, you already are.
Colossians 2:9-10Tucked inside Jesus, and Jesus inside the Father. For your own failure to undo it, the assault would have to get through God, and then through Christ, to find you. The keeping was never your job.
Colossians 3:3-4Before you’re called to live like Christ, you’re told that you are in Christ. And only because you are in Him does anything flow from Him through you. That order is the map for everything Tom is writing.

Your address. Placed in Him, united to Him, complete in Him, living from Him. The book the ministry is built on, and the ground the next two stand on.
Romans 8:1 Coming soon
One question sits underneath every marriage: am I the husband God designed me to be? Not the husband culture describes, or the one your father modeled, but the one Christ Himself showed us. Nineteen chapters that take the measure of a man out of human hands.
A Man's Guide to Becoming the Husband God Designed Coming soon
No crisis takes a household off course. Ordinary life does, an evening at a time. A father's account of losing family worship without ever deciding to, the weight of starting again, and the five minutes that rebuilt a home.
A Father's Guide to Leading His Household to ChristA fourth title is planned. Use the form at the bottom of this page to hear when each one releases.
Both are ministers, and both speak, separately and together. What they carry into a room is the same thing the book carries onto a page: the exhausted religious man told to sit down, the ashamed man handed the deed to a house he thought was condemned, and a church learning to live from a victory already won.
Tom is a worship leader and songwriter. The songs come from the same ground as the teaching: a seated man does not sing to climb somewhere. He sings from a seat already his. Tom leads worship for services, retreats, and conferences, and can pair a set with a message so a whole weekend carries one address.
New music is on the way. Listen and follow on the platforms below, and ask about worship leading when you request dates.

Tom and Jessica Guadagno are the founders of Romans 8:1 Ministries, a teaching ministry built on the freedom of the verse it is named for. Both are ministers. They preach and teach together and apart, Tom leads worship and writes music, and in 2026 he released his first book, In Christ, with three more already underway. Tom writes to help believers stop striving for what is already theirs and live from their union with Jesus.
The ministry exists for two men. The one at the house of open failure, who knows he is far off. And the one at the respectable address of trying harder, who is just as far off and has decorated it. To both, this ministry says the same thing Paul said: your problem was never mainly your behavior. It was your location. And God has moved you.
Everything here, the books, the teaching, the songs, is an attempt to help believers become what they already are, in Him.

Not, do you attend a church. Not, are you a decent person. Have you come to Jesus and been saved, so that you know you belong to Him? Everything this ministry describes is true of a person who is in Christ. No condemnation. A new creation. Adopted, complete, hidden, and safe. All of it is found inside Him, and you have to come inside before any of it is yours.
If your answer is no, or I’m not sure, these are the most important words on this site.
Sunday services, conferences, men’s and women’s events, marriage weekends, retreats, and worship nights. Tell us a little about your church or event and the dates you have in mind, and we’ll be in touch.
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
